Customer Relationship Executive


Urgent Requirement for Customer Relationship Executive in Mumbai.


1.Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
  • Undergraduate/ Graduate/ MBA/BBA
  • Fresher.
  • With excellent communication skills in English w/o regional touch. Should have difference b/w "s" and "sh".
  • Height / Weight Ratio should be well matched.
  • Candidate has No braces.
  • Candidates are Not over age (can be 25 years, exceptions if they go beyond the age slab but, do not look older, can be adjusted).
  • No physically challenged / handicap candidates.
  • Teeth to be clean- no stained teeth or broken teeth.
  • Good communication- Executives.
  • Pls avoid candidates with a major regional tinge- slight tinge can be considered groom able.
  • No Lisping &‘s’ ‘sh’ – should be groom able.
  • Candidates should be able to speak as well as understand Hindi as well as English.
  • No henna in hair is allowed.
  • Also streaking can be a problem – they would be required to get their hair colored.
Would suggest you share the below information with them in order to prepare them in advance -
  • Brief them in advance about the training period & the day two evaluation.
  • Share with them the uniform they would be expected to wear for which ever profile they are selected.
  • They should be well aware of the work timings.
  • Boys- should be told they would be required to get a hair cut in case they are too long.
  • Shave on a daily basis.
  • Not wear accessories.
  • Girls can wear one small earring & one bangle at the most.
  • Most important they need to be prepared to handle work pressure such that they do not get nervous when the time comes.
  • -Confident and customer oriented (person should have good selling skills).
  • -Good sense of humor.
  • -He/she should not be a bulky personality.
  • -He/she should have a fair face, without pimple.
  • Telecom-store/retail/telecom exp/front end/counter sales candidate.
Job description of candidate-
-Handling walking customer query and resolve it.
-Maintaining daily sale report.
-Meeting the sales targets.
-Promotion
-Order entry of Post-paid CAF’S, Service changes, Bill Plan Migration, activation and
Deactivation of value added services, Roaming Activation/Deactivation, Unbarring and other
-Activities.
