LG G2 PIC LEAKS

LG_G2_Leak (1)
The rumblings surrounding LG’s new flagship phone have begun to heat up with the G2 name coming back into play with the new device. The common belief is that it will also use Qualcomm’s snazzy new Snapdragon 800 processor to keep the device roaring through every task. But until now, we hadn’t been treated to an actual look at the device. Courtesy of @evleaks, we can now enjoy several pictures.

Picking apart the pictures, we can see what appears to be a glossy plastic back on the G2 along with an interestingly designed camera hump. In the small shot of the front of the G2, the bezel does appear to be quite slim with what’s either an LG logo or a physical home button on the bottom.
But moving to the back of the phone again, let’s take a closer look at the camera thingamajig. We can clearly see the camera lens but directly underneath it we see a plus sign, followed by an unidentified something and then a minus button. Unless our eyes are deceiving us, that appears to be a volume rocker on the back that’s underneath the camera. An interesting concept but an odd placement. What’s confusing is that we’re neither sure if the entire thing is a touch sensitive strip or if there are separate buttons for volume up and down. The center piece is also odd because while it could be a flash, there’s also a circular white spot next to the camera that looks remarkably like a flash. Maybe it’s something different entirely; a fingerprint reader?
Regardless, it’s good to finally get a look at the mysterious device. One more thing to note is the first picture in the series. It says that the G2 is “Learning from you” and the shadow of the device actually takes the form of a human shadow. Just an interesting tidbit to note.
What do you guys make of these leaked shots of the LG G2? Got any ideas of what that thing on the back is?
