Konami has documented a trademark requisition for "Contra Run and Gun."
Spotted on Neogaf, the full items of the requisition might be seen in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Uspto) case viewer, however all it truly says is that Contra Run and Gun is, to be sure, a potential name for a film diversion.
Throughout Konami's pree3 presentation a week ago, the Contra establishment was no place to be seen. The distributer did tease another Contra diversion before E3 2011, and a year ago, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow planner Mercury Steam communicated investment in working with the Contra name.
Considering the notoriety of the "unbounded runner" classification on portable stages, some Neogaf parts estimated that Contra Run and Gun may be coming to telephones. This is, obviously, hypothesis .
