LG G2 launch dates leaked; phone to launch in North America during September

LG G2 launch dates leaked; phone to launch in North America during September?
We all know that LG is going to introduce the LG G2 on August 7th. If you haven't gone Rip Van Winkle on us over the last month or so, you know that the handset is going to have the volume rocker on the back which is a unique place to put it. This phone is pretty ripped with a 5.2 inch display and a 1080 x 1920 resolution (FHD). With a quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU and an Adreno 330 GPU,the device is ready to handle anything thrown its way. Oh, did we mention the 3GB of RAM on board? Toss in the 13MP camera on back and power users will easily swoon for the unit.

So just when will the LG G2 be hitting your home town? Well, if you live in Korea, it looks like you will get the home court advantage. According to Korean sources, the phone will first launch in the manufacturer's backyard shortly after the unveiling. Speculation earlier this month had August 20th as the release date for the phone in Korea. Following the Korean launch, those in North America waiting for the LG G2 should see the model launch there in September. The European release will follow, and by October, LG's new Android flagship should be available globally.

Of course, we will need to see LG confirm these time frames. For now, this should give you a rough idea when to expect the G2 to touchdown in your country.
