Reuters' Brett Wolf reports U.S. authorities have seized two accounts linked to Tokyo-based Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox.
The two accounts were used by payment processor Dwolla, which the government is investigating.
The seizure of the Wells Fargo and Veridian Credit Union funds "may prevent [Mt. Gox] from facilitating the purchase and sale of Bitcoins in U.S. dollars at a time when use of the currency and its value has mushroomed," Wolf notes.
