Instance will be getting Instagram Video support soon, but in the interim Instagram client WPGram is ready to bring you Instagram video playback right now on your Windows Phone.
WPGram does not attempt to support uploading of either pictures or video, but otherwise does offer the full range of viewing, liking, commenting and other features.
The app is $0.99 with a free trial and can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.
