WPC reports that Windows Phone 8 GDR 2 has one unheralded feature which many readers may find pretty useful.
The updated version of the OneNote will let you pin the New Note tile to the Start screen, for rapid access.
The feature used to be available in Windows Phone 7, and it is welcome to see its return.
The GDR 2 update is expected to roll out to all Windows Phone 8 users in August this year.
