We must be getting closer to the introduction of the Samsung Galaxy Note III because the leaks are beginning to come out of the woodwork like termites whose home has been bombed by the Orkin man. On Thursday morning, we showed you a picture purportedly of the next iteration of Samsung's phablet line. We pointed out the rounded corners because a previous leak allegedly of the device, showed squared-off edges.
The latest leak of the Samsung Galaxy Note III comes from China. We've heard about the rumored specs so much that ironically, it is worth a second look. The Samsung Galaxy Note III is expected to feature a 5.99 inch 1080 x 1920 Super AMOLED screen with the Exynos Octa core or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 under the hood. Android 4.2.2 powers the phone which has a 13MP rear shooter with OIS. The unit will offer S Pen functionality and will have the TouchWiz Nature UX running on top of Android.
While everyone is looking toward the September IFA show in Berlin as to when we will see the Samsung Galaxy Note III introduced, we pointed out early Thursday that a July-August unveiling could help Samsung more. Even if the device doesn't get launched until September, showing off the Galaxy Note III early could help Samsung create a buzz for the model.
