HTC Desire XC launched in India for Rs 16,499

HTC has launched a new dual-SIM Android smartphone, called Desire XC, in India Rs 16,499. The HTC Desire SV comes with a fresh new design, a 1 GHz dual core processor and Google Android 4.0 ICS operating system. The HTC Desire XC has been made available first by Snapdeal and is available in two colour variants - White and Black.
HTC Desire XC launchedOne of the key features of the HTC Desire XC is a 5 megapixel main camera which features an f/2.0 aperture and autofocus lens. It has also an LED flash. In addition to that the device also features the BSI (Back Side Illumination) sensor that claims to enhance pictures in low light conditions.
The HTC Desire XC features a dual core 1 GHz processor like the one found on the Desire X and it has 768 MB RAM. The Desire XC comes with a 4 inch LCD display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution. The smartphone has 4 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32 GB through a micro SD card.
Like other HTC handsets, the the Desire XC features Beats Audio enhancement along with supported hardware. HTC has not been bundling the Beats audio headsets with the devices in the past and it is expected that the Desire XC will also come with one.
